This is another chapter that was pretty much totally gratuitous. It could have even been a bonus scene, but we needed a narrative 'beat' between the last run of action and the next one, so this chapter got added. Naamah once referred to FFM sex as "The Perilous Double Sushi Roll", and thus, the rather bizarre title, because that made me laugh so hard at the time.
Big changes coming around here very, very soon. We will be launching an Indiegogo campaign around the start of next month to fund the next book. Right now we are hip-deep in preproduction, including artwork, scripting, and even preparing to do a trailer video. We are hashing out all the rewards and trying to figure out how this is going to work, exactly. It is tremendously stressful and intimidating, and I am just crossing my fingers and hoping to goes well. It will be a monthlong campaign, and the book will not be launching here until the beginning of October, so there is another month of Heritage of Steel coming still, and we will do everything in our power to make sure nobody loses any time off their subscriptions when we transition to the new book. Trust us, support us, and we will do right by you.
