We got this email with a donation, and it affected me so much I wanted to put it up here: "I wish I could send more. You both have been pillars of strength for me. Because of you both I found my own voice as a writer and sought help for my own version of lycanthropy. I wish I had hundreds of dollars to send you. Instead, I'll send you what I can along with ehugs and my love and gratitude for you both." I won't say who wrote it, and they can out themselves if they want to. I just want to say that this...this is the kind of thing that sustains us. Here is someone who already sent us above the minimum donation but wishes they could send more. More than that, this is someone we affected - someone moved by our work and by our lives personally. This is the kind of thing no amount of money can buy, it is the kind of thing that keeps you doing what you are doing no matter what happens, because if one person spoke up, then there are probably more who feel the same but don't necessarily say so. People for whom our work has meaning, and what artist of any kind can ask for more than that? To all of you: Thank you. Some of you have been pillars of strength for us too, and sometimes the only thing that keeps us moving is the feeling that we are not alone - that we are not the only ones who love these worlds we create. We don't say it enough, but thank you all.
